GCT GmbH in Weingarten launches diamond coated thread mill for machining IMS. The tools have shank diameter 3.175 mm and are designed for the use on conventional machines for machining of PCB. Ideally the machines are equipped with minimal lubricant cooling system.
The thread mill are available in different versions for metrical inner thread from M2.5x0.45 to M4x0.70.
